INDECLINE, founded in 2001, is an anonymous activist art collective who has utilized guerilla art installations, experimental theater, performance art and billboard liberation as tools to satirically address the various political issues in America and abroad. In the Bay Area, they are best known for installing a naked Donald Trump statue (“The Emperor Has No Balls”) in the Castro District in 2016.
