Where's my order?

We appreciate your business and strive to get you your orders as quickly as possible. We generally ship items within 3-5 business days from receipt of order.  On the rare occasion that it will take longer, we will contact you to let you know why and estimated shipping date.  Once a label has been created for your package you will receive a shipping notification email with instructions for tracking your package. Please check your junk email folder if you have not received it.

For all orders sent direct from Studio Fallout, we ship USPS Ground Advantage.  If you’d like us to use a faster service, please contact us at info@studiofallout.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Some of our merchandise ships directly from our printers and may be take slightly longer to arrive. We will give you estimated shipping date when we receive your order.

If your order does not arrive within two weeks after shipping has been confirmed, please contact us at info@studiofallout.com, so that we can investigate the issue.

 

I got my order and something's wrong, what do I do?

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at info@studiofallout within 5 days of receiving it and include photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem, which may involve sending a replacement (if available) or issuing a partial or full refund based on the situation.

 

International Customs & Tax

Please be aware that for international orders, you are liable for any duties and taxes that may be imposed upon delivery. We cannot provide refunds if you refuse to pay these fees, and any packages not accepted may be abandoned or destroyed without a return to us.  Please be sure to include your best phone number for delivery.

 

Can I get a refund / return an item?

If something is wrong with your order and you would like a refund, please contact us at info@studiofallout.com with your request.  We typically do not issue refunds for orders unless they are incorrect or damaged in shipping.  We do, however, strive to accommodate our customers and will take all reasonable requests into consideration.

 

How is my art packaged?

We prioritize the safe shipping of your artwork by packing pieces under 11”x17” flat with rigid foamcore (or similar) to prevent bending, while items over this size are rolled and shipped in tubes with acid-free glassine for protection. Every item is thoroughly checked for quality before shipping, ensuring your art arrives in perfect condition with added padding and security measures for extra safety.

 

How do I know if an item is authentic?

Winston Smith takes a personal approach to shipping his fine art, ensuring each piece, whether prints, limited-edition posters, zines, or original art, is curated and shipped directly from his studio. He personally oversees the shipping process and expresses gratitude to patrons by including hand-written thank-you notes with each order. For merchandise shipped from printers, a note will be mailed separately, maintaining a personal touch to every transaction.

 

What is your privacy policy?

Studio Fallout values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. We ensure that your data will not be disclosed, shared, or sold for profit. Your information will solely be used for processing orders, enhancing our website, providing customer support, and sending you occasional newsletters (if you opt-in for receiving newsletters).
